Valentine's Day has long been a holiday devoted to romance. In fact, I can recall spending a number of Valentine's Days in my twenties stressing over just the right gift and just the right restaurant. Nowadays, in light of the fact that this holiday falls less than two weeks after the anniversary of my first date with my wife, we've made it into a family holiday!
While most other tables we saw last night were occupied by couples experiencing the moment, my wife & I enjoyed an entertaining evening out with our three kids. A different kind of Valentine's Day? You bet, but we wouldn't have it any other way!
